| - CSA shares may vary from week to week depending on availability. We will strive to contact all members with any changes, but some problems are unforeseeable. Therefore, shares may change without notice. We will, however, make adjustments on the calendar, so please check it often.
- Although we will work diligently to provide members with the calendar items each week, because we depend on soil and weather conditions, we cannot guarantee that each week will produce the stated items. If certain items are not available, members will receive available substitutions. Some substitutions may or may not be organic. We will make every effort to inform members when we must use non-organic food items.
- CSA programs are based on community financial support. Although we have preventative measures in place such as irrigation, pest and weed control, we cannot control the elements; sun, wind, hail, etc. Due to the nature of these programs, when adverse conditions affect crops and there is a loss, everyone shares in the loss. This support is what makes the family farm and sustainable farming productive and cost effective for everyone. It is a means of supporting healthier, alternative growing methods while providing organic produce to our community. Many CSAs utilize GREEN technology which contributes to the health of the planet. It also keeps the small family farm alive. Help stop factory farming by supporting your local farmer.
- Please remember that if you do not pick up your share within 1-2 days of the delivery date, we have no choice but to donate it, recycle it, or divide it up among other members. We do make every effort to contact our members both by phone and email. If you are unable to pick up your items within the allotted time, please contact us and we will make other arrangements for you.
- Please note that policies may change without notice.
